Privacy Notice

Clique83 runs offline dating experiences, which means we hold information about people who are looking for a partner. That is personal, and some of it is sensitive. This notice sets out exactly what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Clique Connection Co., Ltd. (Công ty TNHH Clique Connection), tax code 0318630204, operating the Clique83 brand and its Coffee Date and Thử Vị Yêu experiences.

What we collect
When you sign up for an event or express interest, we collect what you type into the form:
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number (including Zalo), city, and any social media handle you give us.
- Date of birth, used to confirm you are an adult and to group people sensibly at an event.
- Gender, and who you would like to be matched with. Together these can reveal sexual orientation, which Vietnamese law treats as sensitive personal data. We collect it for one reason only: an offline matching service cannot work without it.
- Your answers to the questionnaire — values, interests, how you like to spend a free day, what an ideal first date looks like, and what you are comfortable spending on one.
- Whether you are willing to appear in photos or video recaps of an event. This is a separate choice and a 'no' never affects your place.
- How you found us, and basic technical information about your visit (page, referrer, campaign tags) when you have agreed to analytics.
Why we collect it
To match you with other participants and place you at an event that fits; to contact you about your registration and to send the invitation if you are selected; to run the event itself; and, where you have agreed separately, to send you news about future events.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your answers to build advertising profiles, and we do not upload your contact details to advertising platforms.
The basis we rely on
Your consent, given when you submit the form and — for optional analytics — when you choose 'Accept' on the banner. Consent is specific to what this notice says at the time you give it; if we change the notice materially, we ask again.
You can withdraw consent at any time. For analytics, use “Privacy choices” in the footer of any page, which puts the question back on screen. For anything you sent us through a form, write to connect@clique83.com. Withdrawal does not make past processing unlawful, but it stops future processing, and you can ask us to delete what we hold.
Who else processes your data
We use service providers to run the business. They process data on our instructions only. Several of them operate outside Vietnam, which means your data is transferred abroad:
- Google (Workspace, Forms, Sheets, Apps Script) — registration responses and email records.
- LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system: name, email, phone, date of birth, gender, city.
- Vercel — hosting for the registration form.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — website usage measurement. These run only with your consent.
- Our own database and website servers are located in Vietnam.
How long we keep it
Registration and questionnaire data: while you are an active participant, and for 24 months after your last event or last contact with us. We review and clear expired records on a scheduled basis rather than automatically, so if you want yours removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Records of consent and of deletion requests: kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that we handled your data lawfully.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we do.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us to: tell you what we hold about you; correct it; delete it; stop or restrict processing; give you a copy; and withdraw a consent you gave earlier. You may also object to processing and complain to the competent authority.
Write to connect@clique83.com. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time the law allows, and we will not charge you for a first request.
Children
Our events are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, tell us and we will delete the record.
Security and incidents
Access to registration data is limited to the staff who need it to run an event. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the authority and, where required, you.
Changes to this notice
Every version carries the date above. When we change something material, we ask for consent again rather than relying on the consent you gave to an older version.
